PCPS College is a constituent member of LBEF Group of Institutions (Lord Buddha Education Foundation). LBEF has a long standing history in the field of education and academics in Nepal, being established in 1998 as the first IT College in Nepal. More than 7000 students have over the years graduated from LBEF Group of Institutions and today, have established their career as bankers, IT experts, entrepreneurs, managers, leaders in their chosen area of work.
About our Journey
The inception of PCPS College began with a simple thought of social cause of providing an exposure to a globally accredited degree from a renowned United Kingdom (UK) based university to all Nepal and neighbourhood citizens. This initial thought was put into motion by launching an exhaustive research on UK based Universities and our sincere efforts led us on to the University of Bedfordshire (UoB), with over a hundred years of experience as a quality education provider in the UK. PCPS is, now, one of the among other educational institutions in Nepal who offer and deliver UK degrees for various undergraduate and graduate level courses.

The minimum requirement for admission is Plus 2 pass with minimum 55% in Grade 12 and 60% marks in English for all the programs we offer. Minimum grade in each subject should be D+. Students not meeting the Entry Requirements will have to pursue Foundation Course at PCPS College (Subject to approval from the University). Interview is conducted before admissions. The absence of an interview will adversely affect your candidacy.
Yes, Students from any faculty can join B.Sc.(CS & SE) & BBA programmes.
Yes, We offer various scholarships. Scholarships upto 100% of tuition fee, are awarded on various criteria.
Yes, both the courses are offered in Full time mode only. It is mandatory to maintain the attendance of 80% or more to appear for assessments.

Is it approved by Ministry of Education, Nepal Government & recognized by TU ?
Yes, PCPS College has been duly approved by Ministry of Education, Nepal Government to run the courses in partnership with University of Bedfordshire, UK. Both the courses are duly recognised by Tribhuvan University too.
Is it a new institution ?
PCPS College was established in 2012 and started operation from 2017 after the approval from MOE. Lord Buddha Education Foundation (LBEF CAMPUS) is the parent institution of PCPS and known also as The first IT College of Nepal.
Is University of Bedfordshire a good university ?
Yes, it is a world ranked university. As per the Times World University Rankings (2016-17 & 2017-18), University of Bedfordshire is ranked 601-800. University of Bedfordshire is an excellent university which has the heritage of more than 100 years.
